I’m not a great lover of sweets, I say I am more a person with a salty tooth!
But for this blog I decided to start making desert too … ok ,to be honest with you, there is one small problem: if there is a cake at our house .. we finish it all in two seconds!!!
So here’s my brilliant solution: I am going to make dessert but in single portions! Maybe like that it will be less dangerous .. we’ll see!!
Serve 6: 400 grams Savoy biscuits
500 grams Mascarpone cheese
6 eggs
100 grams granulated sugar
2 cups espresso Coffee diluted in water.
200 grams of dark chocolate
Unsweetened cocoa powder
How it works:
Divide eggs yolks from whites. Whisk the yolks with sugar, add the mascarpone and continue to blend. Add a part of chopped chocolate and mix with a spoon. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Combine gently with the Mascarpone cream . Dip one at the time Savoy biscuits in coffee and spread the first layer. Pour some cream on top . Then another layer of biscuits soaked in coffee and cream again. Finish with bitter chocolate powder and chocolate pieces.
I’d been frantically looking to find info about this and found your web site through yahoo. It’s most certainly one for my bookmarks! I will pop back again soon.. Cya
