The olive harvest usually takes place in October, friends and family gather for a day and collect the olives from the trees, eat and drink together. At the end of the day we bring the olives to the mill, and while we wait for the upcoming release of the new extra virgin olive oil we eat one bruschetta after another , we chat and drink the local wine!
