As a tradition in this blog, I decided that on Saturday there is no better recipe than a appetizer for a cocktail. If you have guests for the weekend, this canapès, it will be a great success. Ingredients for 18 canapès:
1 puff pastry
100 grams of ricotta (or Philadelphia cheese)
1 fresh onion
Juice of ½ lemon
Chives
150 grams of smoked wild salmon
Salt, pepper
Rocket
How it works:
Overlay the disk with puff pastry, creating two semi-circles. Cut the dough in 4,5 centimeters diameter circles. Prick with a fork the small circles (remember they are double) and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Once they become cool , open them. In a blender mix salmon, cheese, chives, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Fill the canapès with the cream of salmon and rocket leaves .Done.
